I have asthama and i want to loose weight is gyming ok for me? Or i have to opt for other excercise?

Yes gymming is good but you should also do some yoga exercise & pranayama which will help you with Asthma
Next Steps
any form of exercise be it gym or any sport or running, stair climbing, swimming is helpful but u need to regular & continue always if you stop any kind of physical activity it will gain back the weight & infact can increase even more
