Hi Doc, I used to take Gokhsura 1 tab twice daily for men's wellness. I have recovered from Covid, I got discharged from hospital on 6th May. I want to take Ashwagandha & Giloy for immunity boost. Can I take 1 tab each from Himalaya Gokhsura, Ashwagandha & Guduchi (Giloy) together, 2 times after breakfast & evening snacks?

Ya sure u can have it and have more water intake daily 3to 4 litres,and u can apply four drops coconut oil in both nostrils it helps for kill any infection after apply coconut oil it cm in mouth n spilt it out ..... for more information u can consult me

Hello , Yes you can take all together no issue.  Recommended dose is 2 tab 2 times a day. Choice of medicines depends on your. Prakriti and symptoms during and after covid.
