Hello my friend. Yess, the combination that you're planning to have, works great in sexual dissorders like premature ejaculation, azoospermia etc. One can also add 'Gokshur Churna' in equal amount. OR 'Shuddh Sheelajit'  is also helpful which is available in capsule form. But still I would advise you to consult with your physician before you start any treatment. Get rid bad habits if you're having any, like alcohol consumption etc.
