Feeling weakness on both left and right arm from past 1 week. Tried massaging with oil and even stretching exercises but no cure. Can u help me with this.

This may be due to muscular strain sometimes associated with cervical muscle spasm
Next Steps
Pls start with Hot fomentation,  take analgesic with muscle relaxant,  apply analgesic ointment locally over arms.
