Hello, In Parkinson disease along with tremors you may have rigidity, slowness of movements, posturing etc. Whereas worries about future misfortunes, difficulty in concentrating, restlessness, trembling, inability to relax, body pain, sweating, increased heart beat, dry mouth, etc. can be present in anxiety disorder. Panic attacks are comorbid with anxiety. Untreated anxiety disorder can cause secondary symptoms like panic attack and vice versa. The most effective treatment is probably one that combines medicine, psychotherapy and supportive approaches.
