Looking at the posted picture, it appears that your upper and lower arches are not in a stable relationship, given they're in an edge to edge relation - in such case, Orthodontic correction should help in bringing them to a more ideal relation wherein the upper arch overlaps the lower arch. Furthermore, there is a deviation in the upper dental midline to the left which reinforces the need to undergo Orthodontic treatment.
