Pain in right side of stomach. Abdominal pain followed by vomiting but there is no loss of appetite, after vomiting the pain subsides for long time

Pain in right side of abdomen along with vomiting could be due to reasons such as appendicitis, cholecystitis or even a renal calculi. You need to be clinically examined and investigated for the same. Get a CBC and Urine routine report done along with USG Abd and Pelvis.
