Hi, I have pcos and planning to take apcod OBIS based on family friends suggestion.. I am not obese and I weigh 58 kilos... I have history of miscarriage... my question is , is apcod obis only for obese women ? I do not want to lose more weight as I have a healthy BMI.. I could take apcod but that has high levels of folic acid an I am already taking other multivitamin with folic acid.. pls suggest
