She is unable to sleep. And having anxiety issues. Sometimes body shivers. Feeling like can't breathe. Crying most of the time. Negative thoughts. Avoids crowd. Likes to stay alone. Loss of appetite. Can't concentrate on anything. What is the thing we do for her.? We think she needs attention.

Don't get fascinated with social media because not everything we see there is real. Start your Day with Practicing yoga, or trying meditation and breathing, techniques can help a person cope with anxiety. Instead of aiming for perfection, a person can try to do their best instead. This can help a person feel more positive about their achievements, and decrease the pressure they put on themselves. Schedule a fix routine for Exercise and Stick to it. Engage Yourself With your Lovable hobbies or work towards that you love to do. Try to learn more about your fear or anxiety. Keep a record of when it happens and what happens. The Best thing is to join religious or spiritual function this can give you a way of feeling connected to something bigger than yourself. Faith can provide a way of coping with everyday stress, and attending spiritual and other faith groups can connect you with a valuable support network.
