Theres no way you can "cure" chemical imbalance in brain. In the initial phase you'll be started on medicines. Once your anxiety is better you can start psychotherapy and once you are comfortable with therapy, medicine will be tapered off and stopped. It'll take time, but that's how anxiety is treated. Refusal to take medicine with the fear that you might become addicted is pretty irrational.  The more you delay treatment, the more medicines you might need.
Next Steps
Please consult a psychiatrist online or in person. later a psychologist.

Not all medicines are addicting. If medicines are taken as per doctors adviced and reduced as per schedule , they wont result in addiction.
