Anxiety problem
Hi I’ve been having anxiety attacks and panic attacks since as long as I can remember. And now I’m at a really stressful and anxiety driven point in my life called college. I have the worst fear imaginable to presenting. I’ve tried every technique to help me but only one has been effective for a very short period of time. I haven’t tried anti anxiety medication but I am thinking getting prescribed some I’m 18 so I am allowed to talk to my doctor about prescriptions but am scared too
