Hi.. I m 24yr old and i don't know whether this is anxiety or not but from few days m feeling very disturbed.. i get irritated n hyper vry fast ...My hands always shiver n sometimes my body too...Whenever i sleep my body Shivers alot... My head aches n I feel like my nerves will burst...there is nausea nd drowsiness...
