Hi. I will suggest you one simple procedure . If you can follow you will get benefitted. Get early morning 5 am. Start Ur day with exercise or walking. So Ur negative thoughts will fade away in a months time . read some good books so u will not have much anxiety. If u feel like crying just cry as much as possible. Then you will get relaxed. Dont oversleep. Eat food with interest. Do good things.
