Anxiety in PCOS

Greetings Doctor. I'm suffering from PCOS and have noticed my changing behaviour. I have disturbed sleeping patterns, I get angery very easily now, I feel depressed and anxious. Is there anything I can do to reduce it in Pcos?

Please can be treated and it is just because of hormones which you are having and it can be changed
