Do not worry, symptoms that you have mentioned are suggestive of anxiety You must consult a Psychiatrist where detailed assessment regarding your anxiety, it's frequency, duration, associated mood symptoms, sleep pattern can be assessed Along with it, BP, PR also measured at baseline when you visit your doctor You will be absolutely fine once proper management as Medications plus relaxation exercise planned Many of the individual's get relief when they consult a Psychiatrist, it's very common symptom of anxiety that you have mentioned

Hi When anxiety builds up, it can affect the stomach (burning, pain), heart rate, blood pressure, and even cause headaches. But since your BP was very high and you already needed drips, it is important to not ignore the medical side please stay in touch with your physician and get the recommended tests done. At the same time, anxiety can make every symptom feel worse. Simple steps like slow deep breathing, guided relaxation, avoiding caffeine, and regular sleep can help calm your system. But because you’re having both physical and emotional distress, it would help to address anxiety through therapy. That way your body and mind both get support. Take therapy. You can connect with me on nine two six six seven two six zero six five.

Hi, I hear how uncomfortable and frightening this feels. Your body is clearly under stress and these symptoms burning stomach, severe pain, high BP, fast heartbeat, headache need proper medical attention, not just self-coping. Please go back to your doctor or the emergency room right away to rule out anything serious. As a psychologist, I’d add: anxiety can intensify physical symptoms, but first your safety comes from checking the medical side. Once doctors clear urgent issues, we can work together on calming your system slow breathing, grounding, talking through worries. For now: don’t delay seeking urgent care. You’re not alone, and it’s the right step for your health.
Next Steps
when anxiety rises, practice slow breathing, and talk it through in therapy. You deserve care for both body and mind..
Health Tips
Breathe slow and deep, sip water, rest your body, avoid caffeine, share feelings with someone you trust, and seek therapy support for calming your mind.
