Your brain is fine Since you can’t test the chemicals don’t bother too much However get your other tests done Vitamin d Sinus Blood pressure Gastric issues And channelise through good therapies without medicine like art based or writing based or even psychodrama therapies

If you have hypothyroidism due to reduced thyroxine or diabetes due to reduced secretion or action of insulin You can't fix them without medications. Simililary if anxiety of mild cognitive behavior therapy like strategies can help, if mild moderate or severe you need to restore the imabalnce by medications no other go. Good luck.

First of all medications to treat anxiety are not addictive this is a common myth typically antidepressants are used to treat it and for a period of 6 months after which they are tapered and stopped ! Without medications psychotherapy will help but not as effectively as medications
