I have been diagnosed with Anxiety Induced Depersonalization. I was wondering what it is and how to treat it?

It seems you have been diagnosed by a psychiatrist. Best would be to ask him/her to explain your diagnosis and treatment. It will be speculative and dangerous to find answers on the internet especially since each individual's psyche (mind) and their symptoms differ. Trust your Doctor and he/she will treat you to the best of their knowledge

Depersonalization is an “as if “ feeling. It is a feeling of detachment from self. For e.g a feeling that I m not myself. It can occur co- morbid with depression, anxiety disorder etc. It is very rarely present in isolation. SSRI group of drugs are used to treat anxiety disorder.
