U need to calm urself, do some meditation. Relaxation exercise like below:
Lie down, close your eyes, take deep breaths, concentrate from head to toe.
Do activities of ur liking like playing outdoor games, swimming, going out with friends.
When u feel panicking,
Sit back relax, take deep breaths, divert ur mind e.g. count backwards from 50 to 1.
