You can get regular counselling. It really helps.
Basically it helps to write down what upset you. Then see why it upset you. Then write what you did. Now finally write what else you could have done and said in that situation.
If you do that regularly u will see a change in yourself. Plus meet friends. Talk to people . Exercise daily. Pressure is a part of life. Learning to respond calmly will help you in the long run too. Identify triggers and practice taking deep breaths daily and do that under times of stress. Keep calm down phrases ready like " I can get thru this, it's okay" " It's not their fault. They are under pressure too. Stay calm and respond. People can have different views" etc.
It is a skill we learn just like learning how to improve our handwriting etc.
