Anxiety and sleep issues

I constantly find myself trying to catch my breath even when there is no physical work. It mostly happens at night when I can't sleep and I find it hard to breathe but now I've started experiencing the issue during daytime as well, quite randomly. Couple of days back I was just sitting talking to my friends and my heart just started pounding for no reason. I've had this problem for a long time where I am hanging out with people, friends and family, and I feel like I don't belong, its worse now.

Go see a counsellor who can help you deal with your feelings. Learn some relaxation techniques, find one that suits you. Talking to someone can be helpful.
