🧠 My Opinion:
Voxitin 10 (Fluoxetine) is a commonly prescribed SSRI used to treat overthinking, anxiety, and depression. However, it takes at least 2–4 weeks to show noticeable benefits in mental health symptoms—and sometimes even 6–8 weeks for full therapeutic effect. So, not seeing improvement in just 1 week is completely normal and expected.
Regular exercise is a great complementary strategy, but medications like Fluoxetine work gradually as brain chemistry adapts.
Next Steps
🩺 Next Steps (What should the patient do next?)
Continue taking the medication exactly as prescribed.
Do not stop or increase the dose on your own.
Keep exercising, and also try mindfulness, journaling, or guided meditation.
Reassess with your psychiatrist after 3–4 weeks to monitor progress and side effects.
Health Tips
💡 Helpful Tips / Word of Caution
Missing doses, irregular timings, or self-monitoring too early can cause disappointment.
Avoid comparing progress with others—every person responds differently.
If you feel any side effects like nausea, sleep changes, or agitation, do inform your doctor.
