Can Ashwagandha be taken along with anti depressants as I'm taking petril 0.5 mgvenlift 75mg mirtaz 3.75mg and prodep 40 mg? Will it cause any side effects and how effective is it on anxiety and depression? And how long does it take to heal completely?

Ashwagandha can be taken in form of pills of 500 mg once daily .. it won’t have any side effects .. instead the allopathy pills which u r consuming are very addictive n having lot of side effects like gastritis

Hi mam ashwagandha is an immunity booster.you can take it with allopathy medicine but if you are taking allopathy media for depression regularly then you depend on it for whole life.so I think you should try ayurvedic medicine for anxiety and depression. For immunity booster you can take ashwagandha.
