Hi , First stop labeling yourself with anything. Then spend 15-20minutes with yourself without any external disturbance on what makes you unhappy or fearful . Everybody is unique & everything is workable. Just see whether you can work it out by yourself. Else visit a mental health professional for supportive psychotherapy

What is the cause of your Anxiety!?? Is it situational or people oriented!??? Either way,  there is  a sense of low self esteem. If you are unable to take the support of your family and friends,  Do seek out a professional support. Consult a psychologist either online or offline.

Hi. Anxiety and depression are treatable conditions. Sweating, fumbling, getting nervous are all symptoms of anxiety. Rather than pretending to be alright, you should consider opening up about your problems and seeking help. You should consult a psychiatrist and get yourself completely evaluated. Depending on the exact diagnosis, you can be treated with medications or psychotherapy or a combination of both.
Next Steps
Seek a psychiatric consultation. You can contact me directly if you wish to.
Health Tips
Delaying treatment will only worsen the condition. Earlier the treatment is started, better is the response.
