I have a severe anxiety problem... my doctor has given me pari 10mg twice and qutan 25 half bedtime... but after taking medicine my anxiety has increased... is this normal

Its sometimes normal for symptoms to exacerbate after starting medicine for initial few days.. It will subside within a week.. If it persists longer than that. Consult your Psychiatrist To manage your anxiety Practice deep breathing exercises Also, Consult with therapist for CBT. All the best
