Since pain doesn't persists after stool, it is highly likely you have bleeding piles. Most common cause for bleeding piles is poor calcium levels. Please get your serum calcium checked and report me on paid consult for prescription.  Homeopathy treats it within 2weeks. Though you may have to continue taking medicine for longer to improve rectal venous state.

It may be fissure. Fissure usually develop after constipation which bleeds during stool and causes severe pain during or after stool.

The first home treatment for piles that is highly recommended is ice. Ice will help constrict the blood vessels, reduce swelling and give you immediate pain relief. • Apply an icepack or a partially melted piece of ice wrapped in a cloth directly on the affected area for about 10 minutes. Do this several times a day until the hemorrhoid goes away. • You can even use a small pack of frozen vegetables such as peas or corn. Wrap the pack in a tea towel and then apply it on the hemorrhoid. Do this for 20 minutes at a time, three times a day.
Next Steps
Take Nux vom 30 – twice daily for next 10 days and report back for further treatment.

Hello...From the symptoms you mentioned it seems to be a fissure.....which is like a wound in the anal region....it will take some time to heal.... Homoeopathic medicines will definitely help you.... Presently...I suggest you to take a spoon full of Pure Ghee in a glass of warm milk/water...at bedtime...so that the stools are soft & not hard...so that there is minimum friction while passing stools.... Also every morning....in a tub of warm water add a spoon of Alum powder (a natural disineffectant) & sit in it for 5mins...
Health Tips
Eat food rich in fibre....like green leafy vegetables, fruits like Pappaya, Figs, Sweet Lime...drink lots of fluids, tender coconut...
