Antibiotic for Abscess

Hi I had an abscess which got burst on its own and pus mixed with blood came out, it is still coming the amount is very less though and size of abscess has almost gone down I have already taken Novakox CV 625 for 7 days, 3 in a day Dr is saying that so have to take it for 7 more days Please suggest, is it safe to take it for 14 days

If you already consult with your Dr then it'll be safe to take for 14 days According to me you have to take antibiotics after a pus culture & blood culture test done . Only then will confirm that specifically which antibiotics are suitable.
