Avoid biting hard foods ,sticky foods, chewing gums .if  you are non vegetarian,it's better to choose bone less.... Proper cleaning and maintaining good oral hygiene is important .

Hi, first of all maintain oral hygiene, 2.dont bite anything too hard or unnatural like an ice, opening cocacola bottle with your teeth or nut etc. 3. Fibrous food , partially cooked non veg food which get trapped between teeth and gums. Chocolate like eclairs which is too sticky can pull out the crown. If there is a fall or tauma go and get checked by the dentist.

Maintain oral hygiene. Warm saline rinses thrice a day. Avoid biting from crowned teeth. Better to cut fruits like apple, guava etc in slices/pieces. Do regular dental check up after every 6 months.
