Yes possibilities are there but you should consult a physiotherapist or orthopaedist in person for complete assessment and treatment.

Treatment options for mild slippage may include a short course of bed rest, gentle exercise, and pain medication. Severe cases may require chiropractic therapy and surgery. Surgery is considered a last resort. Bed rest can help overcome mild cases of anterolisthesis. Depends on the condition suffering, visit nearest physiotherapy clinic for proper assessment so that best treatment can be suggested.

I would not recommend manipulation of any kind as the joint is manipulated at the end of range. Your sacrum has lost the ability to nutate (tip forwards) hence L5 S1 was strained. Visit a manual therapist. Visiting a clinic is necessary for a proper assessment
