Your LDL 193 mg/dL is significantly high and needs a physician review; please repeat/confirm a fasting lipid profile and check secondary causes, especially thyroid control. Discuss cholesterol-lowering treatment rather than relying on diet alone, along with regular exercise and a low saturated-fat diet; do not start medicines without review. Vitamin D 16.7 is low and usually needs clinician-guided supplementation. The other ratios need interpretation alongside the full CBC and clinical history. Please book a Practo consultation to review the report and make a safe plan.
