What will happen if kid don't take annual flu vaccination every year upto 5 years and only take 2 flu vaccination below 1 year.

Flu vaccine immunity does not last long. So annual flu boosters are needed. Also the flu virus strains circulating in the world change every year. That's why the vaccine content changes every year. So the child is not protected from the flu if the annual doses are not taken.

Immunity provided by vaccine wanes within a year. Also virus mutates making vaccine ineffective. Complications of influenza are higher below 5yrs
Next Steps
Vaccine reduces risk of illness, complications like pneumonia, ear infection due to influenza. Better to take upto 5yrs if possible

Hi Flu vaccine strain changes every year depending on the type of virus being prevalent..So every year the virus changes its form to cause the infection more  and vaccine is prepared based on that..If you take the vaccine the severity of illness will be less and the need for hospitalization reduces..
Next Steps
If affordable it is better to take the vaccine annually to prevent the severity of infection or hospitalization risk..
