Ankle sprain in the right foot. Pls advise treatment. I had pain killer, did ice pack,  iodex and crepe bandage. But pain is not reducing

Avoid ankle movements and you can go through price. Protection, rest, ice, compression, elevation is required. Compression can be done by crepe bandage. Consult a Physiotherapist and take ultrasound treatment, drainage tapping, etc..
Next Steps
Better to consult a orthopaedic doctor and take x-ray as soon as possible to confirm if it because of ligament tear.

Price is the treatment for ankle sprain. But cautiously get a x ray also done as you say pain is not reducing Might be there is ligament tear, you will need plaster cast for 4 weeks, if its 2 grade tear. Grade 1 is managed with Price. prevention, rest, ice, compression and elevation.
Next Steps
X ray as soon as possible.
Health Tips

firstly, avoid putting iodex or any other pain relaxants immediately after a injury and preferably upto a week. they tend to make the problem worse. keep ice packs 2 times a day. i would suggest you get an x-ray done to rule out ant other factors. if the x-ray is normal, then put an ankle binder continously for a week and apply ice packs.
Next Steps
after a week put the ankle binder for 6hrs a day and start doing exercises like ankle toe movements 4 times a day.
