I have severe ankle pain due to plantar fasciitis It is increasing and now it is getting difficult for me to walk. please help me, should i do some foot exercises or go to a doctor to get a proper treatment.

Increasing plantar fascitis means the inflammation is on the rise , better to do foot exercises Wear soft footware mcr footwear Avoid long standing Rest limb elevation

Avoid walking barefoot. Use soft sole shoes and slippers. Use SILICON pad in shoes, it will be very helpful in reducing pain. Once pain subsides then go for Plantar fasica stretching exercises.
