I had a bike accident.. Hurt my back and bony part on ankle.. Its been more than one month.. Pls help

What happened exactly in the accident.. where did u get hurt … is it still painful… Did u consult any doc directly after ur accident… did u take any treatment… did u go to any physio … If u haven’t done anything till now , better late than never.. do it
