Ankle/heel pain

My right heel is hurting too much as i try to put a step forward...as i pick my heel to move forward my right heel starts hurting badly.i have not been able to walk properly.plese suggest what to do.

This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. However I would like to examine & investigate you  in detail. -Control  Hypertension, Diabetes or  metabolic disorder, if there is any. --. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding. --. It's mostly due to a disease known as plantar fascitis. Do ice packs Silicone heel. Consult for examination and medications

Hi, Since when are you having these complain? Is there a particular point where there is pain on pressing? Any associated swelling? Consult directly so proper history can be taken and management along with precautions can be suggested
