Hello. Post partum (after birth) changes in body, mind and mood are very common and normal. The sudden shift of hormones can lead to this, coupled with erratic sleep or sleep deprivation. Be calm, and try to get as much help as you can from your partner and others around you. Just know that help is always available and you don’t need to be a super mom.
