I have anger issues From a long time. I get irritated Very easily. Have no confidence left. Trying to get life back on track.

Make your own schedule.follow it strictly. Include exercise in morning for 1 hr. Include Yoga in evening 1hour. This will solve your problem definitely. You may join yoga class for better guidance for 1st few months.

Hi Try to do meditation and ready good books Listen positive thoughts try it to do for atleast 1 month then it will improve your anger if it doesn’t work then consult psychiatrist.
