I’ve had anger issues for a long time. I’ve been in every anger management class/therapy and nothing helps

Anger outbursts are usually an indication of a deeper, underlying problem. Consult a Psychiatrist for detailed assessment and further management. It is likely that with medication and counseling the symptoms will improve.

I understand your concern. Without finding out the root cause of your anger, management of the same might not be fully effective. You need to first undergo a detailed evaluation with a psychiatrist for the same. Your problem could be anything from adhd to personality issue, or even depression or anxiety. However it is manageable with appropriate treatment. Some counselling sessions and if needed medical help might be useful for you. I would also be more than happy to help you with that if you are looking for online assistance. Discussions will be held confidential. You can directly consult with me through Practo as needed. Online chat consultation is also available.
