Anger and behavioral issues

I get angry and agitated very easily. The reason mostly narrows down to coping up with others' (relatives and friends mostly) expectations from me. Probably I have problems in adjusting with others. When I am by myself, I generally am cool and equable. I need help regarding better adaptation with the world around me.
