Anemia and swelling in fingers

2022-05-08 14:31:15
Hello Last month i was diagnosed with iron deficiency anemia. My Hb was 8. The underlying cause was menorhhagia due to fibroids. For the last month, I've been on Hemfer and cobalamin medicines. I haven't exercised in months because i used to get very short of breath after mild exercise. Today, after a long time, i went for a very long walk and my fingers became swollen. My feet and ankle were fine. Only fingers got bigger. There was no pitting. The swelling went away after an hour. Should I be worried?
