If any apparent reason  for low Hb, get it corrected. Take fresh green,  leafy vegetables,  and fruits  including beetroot, pumpkin pomegranate . Use jaggery for sweetening in place of white sugar. Take tab vitamin c 500mg one morning and one evening for 15 days.

You only have mild deficiency, have you tried adjusting your diet and finding out cause of mild anaemia? That would have more long term impact. As for iron, it is essential that you adjust dose and iron preparation( remember that there are many type of iron preparation) as per requirement.

Take Green vegetables like spinach , lady finger etc and take iron folic acid tablet two times in a day or multivitamin syrup 5ml and eat 2 pomegranate per day for 7 days
