Here I am writing some problems which I am facing for a long time. 1. Extreme tiredness and weakness since last two months. 2. Excess numbness of hands and feet since last five years. 3.Swelling of extremities due to excessive fatigue. 4. feeling dizzy while walking due to weakness. 5. feeling extremely irritable. 6. Head is heavy and does not feel like doing anything. Etc etc etc my english is weak so if possible give advice in hindi. I translated all this in English from google.
