Hey dear. There is a lot of research that tells us how stress has a negative impact on our physical and mental health. One of my favourite quotes is " Sorrow that has no vent in tears, make other organs weep". It's true stress brings about changed in our hormonal balance, neurotransmitters and various activities throughout our body which can fire up allergies, skin concerns inflammatory responses, auto.immune conditions, stomach concerns and what not. However, it would be hard to pin pin point to the cause of what you are experiencing to stress alone. Speak to a physician first and they would be able to tell you after a complete examination.
However please do invest time in self care for your overall well-being. Fears of being judged by others, of being loved and accepted can hold us back from living a truly happy life.
