Ive been gaining weight for ages for befire i can remeber and i think im overweight ive got a few details but i need to know if i need to diet or what exercise routines i can do so here we go
Im 130lb 5ft 2inches and male
My waist is 33inches
My hip is 35inches
My thighs are 20inches
And finally my arms are 14 inches at there thickest point
I eat 4 well sized meals a day with continuous snacking (my downfall)
And i exercise twice a week at low intensity for 30 mins
You need to take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday . Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.
