Am I alright?

Hi guys...I am not sure if I am just crazy or being idiotic as some time I do tend to be. It's just that am fully confused and not able to get to a particular decision. I super excited some time and other time get sad for no apparent reason. Am I alright??? ...any advice

Some people get more frequent mood swings. How long has it been happening? A detailed history of your life is needed. Only then can one decide what will help you. In the meanwhile, Mindfulness meditation can be learnt from a teacher.

How long do these episodes last Do they disturb your sleep appetite energy levels, libido and spoil your output. If it is repeatedly occurred and no significant impairment but more of nuisance then could be a personality issue. Then need to see a psychiatrist

However, in order to fully understand your problems and the extent to which it troubles you, it would be preferential for you to visit a psychologist. You can also start by talking to a close friend or family member to see if that helps alleviate some of the symptoms.
