Dear Sir I can see you are quite distressed. Please do not lose hope. Talk to your family and friends about how you are feeling. Don't keep it to yourself. You require professional help. See a psychiatrist in person for a detailed evaluation and Treatment. Doing sad and anxious, lack of interest, hopelessness, disturbed sleep and appetite are all symptoms of depression. Please see a psychiatrist for a detailed evaluation and management. Treatment usually consists of medications as well as psychological therapy. Thanks Dr Ankita Mishra

Hi. You have tried yourself to overcome issues. But always that's difficult . We need some stress relieving techniques to come out certain thoughts . You try to keep in your thoughts holding inside your mind. We don't segregate positive thoughts and keep it. That is the major issue with many individuals. Going to a counsellor or psychologist makes them feel awkward. That perception towards counselling is wrong. We are there to help you out along with your personal issues and  your body conditions. Please visit a psychologist . If that is not possible get phone counseling.your fears may develop to anxiety if not taken proper steps. Also sleep may get affected. Do consult for your issues to be more clear about yourself.
