Unable to sleep at nights Cry myself to bed reasonlessly Listen to slow songs laying on bed in a dark room Fear losing my best friend and boy friend Minorly hurt self, very rare occasions very rare, once in a 100 times .. stopped this thing alot though.

Is everything fine in your relationship or there are some issues on which you both are not able to come on the same page. Are there any trust issues. Is he more into himself bothers less for you. So there are n number or reasons to get sense of insecurity in relationship. Do not hide yourself, talk to the concerned person.if you feel that things will get better then wait for some time without forcing yourself on to him. If you feel that there will no changes you can move forward in your life.
