Alternative for ashwagandha

Sir / madam What is an alternatives for ashwagandha?? Am breast feeding mother. Due to stress and anxiety my bp is elevating and also have low immunity after c section due to sleepless nights. I need to increase my immunity and reduce stress. Please suggest me any good medicene in ayurveda like ashwagandha. Please i want to do a job too for my family and financial issues. Its an urgent request.

You can take geriforte Himalaya two tablet at night before sleep. Second use Badam Rogan oil as a nasal drops before sleep( 4,5 drops).

start Shatavari granules from Dhootpapeshwar pharma with milk, morning on empty stomach, take sowbhagya shunti lehya, Haridra khanda from SDM, 1/4 tsp with 100ml of warm milk at bed time,
