Due to FDA recall on metformin, would like to switch from metformin SR tablets to alternate to manage type 2 diabetes. Metformin 500 been taken since 10 years and sugar level is under control H1bac and fasting at 140 and after food 160. Teniva, pioz , glycomet and diamicron tablets are taken as of now. Rosuvatatin for LDL
