Allopecia areata in beard

I have been suffering from alopecia areta in beard since 4 months but now small white hairs are appearing. So, What treatment should I take so that my hair becomes normal?

alopecia areata occurs due to auto immunity. tiny hair which are growing is a positive sign. they will grow . if they dont you may need a small dose of medicine to be taken at that specific site which help in managing this
