As you have said that it may be due to sunlight probably it can also be one of the cause,if we rule out other causes like- 1. Have you used medication for any other ailment like fever and pain ( ex : paracetamol, diclofenac) 2.any recent exposure to new chemicals, insect bites,allergen( from plant or animal),detergent usage etc.. 3.any food item that can act as allergen My suggestion would be :- A.)Cetrizine 10mg once daily ( night) B.)calamine lotion ( local application)on the affected area ) If it occurs again please try to identify from above causes and try to remove trigger For better understanding u can consult me.
